Our seventh year was one of real, measurable growth, and it belongs to the families who made it happen. In 2025, families in our program went back to school, moved into stable housing, took on leadership roles, and built networks of support that will last long after they finish the program.

The numbers tell part of the story. Every family set concrete goals for their future. Our coaches spent more than 400 hours one-on-one with families, and 95% of families rated their coach as good or excellent. Eight out of 10 families came together at Family Saturdays, and 7 out of 10 said their support network grew because of POH. Most telling of all, 95% of families would recommend Platform of Hope to others.

The rest of the story is in their own words: a mother of four who finished a community mental health worker training, moved into stable housing, and now works full time. And an alum who earned her associate degree, then came back to volunteer with new families.
