The Third Saturday of the month is our special shared time to come together. We invite corporate partners to sponsor an upcoming Family Saturday, which could include underwriting catering, childcare, activities for children and supplies. Past partnerships have included Amerigroup co-hosting our Thanksgiving Luncheon and Capital Impact Partners sponsoring our December Holiday Saturday.

Does your organization want to work with us to host a zoom event? We’re always looking for partners to help share information, provide new opportunities to families or make new connections! We’ve collaborated on zoom events such as:

• Women’s Empowerment with Yira Basilis

• Know Your Rights Training with DC Legal Aid

• Budget Advocacy 101 with Fair Budget Coalition

We are also looking for sponsors for our organizational events!

VOLUNTEER! INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS

Are you, your business or an affiliated organization looking for volunteer or engagement opportunities? We always welcome folks who want to support our program— such as hosting workshops/ participating in panel events, providing one on one translation support or helping to host an in-person event.

We also frequently partner with individuals and organizations to provide materials/support for our families (ex. school supply giveaway in August), so please contact us with your ideas and opportunities! Click below for existing family events planned.
